Zoho Application Requirements - MIS Assignment
VGSOM- Purvodaya event Registration/Feedback/Complaint form

Customer : Bharat Reddy Kunduru
Developer : Rahul Mali

Objective:  To develop an online portal for event registration, feedback and complaint form for Purvodaya event.

Student Registration Form:
Students should be able to register for events in Purvodaya.
Registration Form should capture following details:
·       Name
·       Email
·       Mobile
·       College Name
·       Event of participation
On successful registration, student should receive email.

Student Inquiry Form:
Students should be able to inquire about the events at Purvodaya.
These inquiries need to be routed to respective event coordinators.
An email need to be triggered to student with inquiry id after submitting the inquiry form.
Student should be able to track the inquiry through an inquiry id. (Or) Student should receive an email when the inquiry has been responded by coordinators / organisers.

Student Feedback form:
Students should have a provision to provide feedback and suggestions for events in Purvodaya.
These feedbacks and suggestions need to be routed to respective event coordinators or representatives.


Student Complaint Form:
Students should have a provision to complaint with respect to events and other issues or facilities at Purvodaya.
On submitting, student should receive acknowledgement of complaint submission with a unique complaint ID. Student can use this complaint id to track it for responses / actions taken.
Once student submits the complaint, it needs to be routed to respective event coordinators / facilities team / administrator / help desk teams depending on the complaint scope.
Student should receive an email when their complaint has been responded by coordinators / organisers.

Student Access level for View:
Students should not be given access to update the data in views.

Administrator / Event Coordinators Functions:
Event coordinators / organisers should respond to enquiries, complaints and take actions on feedback/suggestions.
Coordinators should have access to data views and be able to edit /update and respond.


Tablet Buzz - Online Tablet Shopping

Objective : Create an application for online shopping of tablets(Order to Cost) ,manage the inventory and order.

User Pages
1.Registration :

   User should register with application to do shopping.
User details need to be captured such as email , mobile/phone, address , name, username and password.

An email need to be sent to user mail id on successful registration.

2. Login :

    Registered user should be able to login successfully using username and password.
    Unregistered user should not be able to login.

3. User Account:

On successful login , user should be directed to User Account page where he should be provided with links to following :

  • Search Tablets
  • Order Tablets
  • Logout

User should also be able to check his/her orders .

4. Search Tablets :

User should be able to search for tablets based on brand and model.

Once user gives inputs for brand and model through drop down, all details regarding tablet along with images need to be displayed on same page.

There should be a provision to user to go to Order page from search tablet page, so that user can order.


5. Order Tablet:

User should give his user name in a field so that all his details required for order processing are auto populated.

Unique Transaction Id need to be generated for every order.

User need to give following details for  Tablet Order :

  • Brand
  • Model
  • Quantity
  • Mode of Payment

On submitting the order , user should be directed to respective pages based on user mode of payment.

After order is placed successfully , user should be redirected to user account page.

An invoice mail need to be sent to user on successful order.



Administrator Pages

1. Administrator Home Page :

Data of user forms need to be available for administrator .

2. Tablet Inventory :

Administrator should be able to add new tablets with all details in inventory and update inventory .

3.Order Delivery Management :

Administrator should be able to manage order delivery by updating order status and date of delivery of order.
